To restore access to CGM data from Dexcom:

In the mobile app on iOS:

Update the Sugarmate™ app to the latest version (2.7.1) in the App Store™

If your app did not automatically update to version 2.7.1, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the App Store.

  2. Search for the Sugarmate app.

  3. Tap the Sugarmate result to open Sugarmate's app profile page.

  4. Tap UPDATE to update to version 2.7.1

Reconnect your data source, you will be prompted to do this when you open the updated version of the app, follow the steps below:

  1. Tap Connect Your Dexcom Account.

  2. The mobile app will prompt you to sign in to your Dexcom account. Enter your Dexcom username and password into the text entry fields and tap Sign In.

  3. The mobile app will display a Permission to Disclose and Authorize screen next. Read the information on the screen. Enter your full name into the text entry and tap Authorize.

  4. A Source Added Successfully screen will display, and your last 24 hours of data will appear.

  5. Open the Dexcom G6 app, tap the Share button (dot-triangle icon in the top left corner of the app), and make sure sharing is turned on at the top of the screen.

On the web: (Updated version and Sugarmate Glance is 2.0.9)

  1. Click the hamburger icon in the upper left corner of the screen to access the menu.

  2. Click Settings and scroll down to Data Source.

  3. Click Connect Your Dexcom Account.

  4. You will be prompted to sign in to your Dexcom account. Enter your Dexcom username and password into the text entry fields and click Sign In.

  5. A Permission to Disclose and Authorize screen will display. Read the information on the screen. Enter your full name into the text entry and click Authorize.

  6. A Source Added Successfully screen will display, and your last 24 hours of data will appear.

  7. Open the Dexcom G6 app, tap the Share button (dot-triangle icon in the top left corner of the app), and make sure sharing is turned on at the top of the screen.
