Not receiving text messages or phone calls

Check if Sugarmate's number is blocked

1. Open the Settings app on your phone

2. Tap Phone

3. Tap Blocked Contacts

4. Look for +1 (815) 507-8427 (with or without the +1 ) in the list

5. If the number is there, tap Edit in the top right, then remove the number from the list

6. Go back to the Phone page (tap Phone in the top left)

7. Tap Call Blocking & Identification

8. Turn off Silence Junk Callers

9. Turn off any apps listed in the Call Identification Apps section

Send a test call

If you made any of the changes in the previous section, you can try sending a test call by following these steps:

1. Open the Sugarmate app

2. Tap the ≡ button in the top left corner of the screen

3. Tap Alerts

4. Tap Phone Calls

5. Tap the test button next to your number

If you still aren't receiving phone calls, please contact support.
