You can add a food entry by following the instructions below.

In the app:

  1. Tap the + in the lower right corner of your Sugarmate dashboard.

  2. Tap Food.

    1. Note: Steps 1 and 2 can be replaced by tapping the magnifying glass in the top right corner of the screen.

  3. Enter the name of the food you are logging.

  4. Tap the camera icon if you want to take a picture of your food.

  5. Use the slider to enter the total carbs.

  6. Tap on protein, fat, sugar, fiber, or cals to enter the values respectively.

  7. You can tap add a note if there is a note you would like to log along with the food entry.

  8. Tap Save to log your food entry, or + to add more to the entry.

  9. The food entry will now show under your activity as well as in the graph.

On the Web:

  1. Click the button in the top right corner to reveal the activity log.

  2. Click the + and then click Food.

  3. Enter the name of the food you are logging.

  4. Click the camera icon if you want to take a picture of your food.

  5. Use the slider to enter the total carbs.

  6. Click on protein, fat, sugar, fiber, or cals to enter the values respectively.
