Verify iCloud Calendars is Turned ON

  1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device

  2. Tap your name at the top of the page

  3. Tap iCloud

  4. Make sure Calendars is set to ON. If not, turn it on

Confirm your Calendar is Syncing with your Phone

  1. Open Apple’s Calendar app on your iOS device

  2. Tap Calendars at the bottom

  3. Confirm that there is a section called ICLOUD

  4. Confirm that the calendar, “Sugarmate Readings” is in that section and checked

  5. Confirm that there aren’t any error messages in that section related to your iCloud account (ex. “Verify Account Information”). If so, follow the instructions to fix those issues

Confirm your Calendar is Syncing with your Apple Watch

  1. Open the Watch app on your iOS device

  2. Tap Calendar

  3. In the CALENDARS section, tap Custom…

  4. Uncheck all of your calendars

  5. Re-check the calendar named “Sugarmate Readings” in the ICLOUD section

  6. Wait 5-10 minutes

If readings start appearing, consider re-checking the calendars that you turned off

Reset your Watch’s Sync Data

  1. Open the Watch app on your iOS device

  2. Tap General

  3. Tap Reset

  4. Tap Reset Sync Data multiple times (there’s no feedback)

  5. Wait 5-10 minutes
