Unfortunately, we are anticipating that CGM data will be interrupted for our U.S. customers beginning as early as Thursday, November 4, at 1:00 PM PT. To date, Sugarmate has utilized a legacy channel to access Dexcom CGM data and as a result of regular updates to enhance the scalability and performance of Dexcom CGM, this channel is no longer available.

We are working diligently with our partners at Dexcom and hope to quickly restore this connection. We will continue to provide you with regular updates and let you know as soon as possible when your Sugarmate account can be updated.

In the meantime, we encourage you to utilize Dexcom G6, Follow and Clarity applications for your daily care.
